Re: Windows 8 possible?
Did it on a CF30 MK1 (CF30CCS80BM) with no issues, other than my Build 9200 needing activation... I also did it on a MK2 (CF30FCS80AM) and the "Brightness" control through W8 worked GREAT. I used all the Vista and W7 drivers...

CF-29L (MK-4) WWAN HELP... SB555 for VZW
I am looking for any help installing the SB555 sled on my CF-29L or MK-4 unit. It had one before I got it. The person I got the 29 from pulled the WWAN sled for use in another 29. I have a sled with the SB555 module in it, and there are DIP switches on the sled. Any help with drivers and DIP setting...

Re: Best CF-30 Mod EVER!
Rob, Very nice job. Hey just FYI, keep an eye and an ear on your LCD. I Just had to send my 30 in for a faulty LCD inverter and LCD display. The first signs are flickering, and then the faint humming/buzzing noise... I thought that you might want to be aware of this. I was missing my USB and PWR por...

Re: EnGenius EMP-9701 n or EMP-8602S
