CF-51 service manual

I'm looking for a complete disassembly guide for a CF-51 (ideally a Mk3, but any will do), like the ones out there available for the 28, 29, 73, etc.

I did find this "simplified" manual at Toughbook Wikispaces:

However, it's only a few pages long, and it's basically no more than some exploded diagrams. I'm looking for info on the right way to take it apart and put it back together, if this info is out there.

Anyone have one of these manuals?
