I believe it was on one of the news sites, but it could have been on one of the business sites also. I look at so many each day in the course of my job, if I don't link to it when I first see it, I usually forget where I saw it. I thought the carriers were all buzy lobbying the FCC to release more TV spectrum to them otherwise all their plans will collapse and the USA will be relegated into the cell phone dark ages.
