Have I been scammed? CF-19 with chiclet KB but no backlight

I just brought a 19 Mk6 which came with a chiclet keyboard, but there's no backlight?

There have been some keyboards sold online that were chicklet but not backlit.
I bought 2 of them and added backlights.

It is also very possible that they plugged it in backwards.

Did you try the keyboard shortcuts and see if the backlight is turned off.

I already took the KB off and there's no orange flatcable, bummer!

Is it a UK keyboard or USA? Just curious as mine are UK.

Even without backlights, the chicklit are much better keyboards.

Hm, too hard and it won't make my keyboard waterproof anymore.
