CF-29NTQGZBM Linux Mint Mate 17.3 Issues

				I recently installed Linux Mint Mate 17.3 on my CF-29. I currently am having the following problems:
I have battling this for a week now. Any help would be appreciated.

			- Wifi does not connect through Network Manager, it continuously asks for my password
 Hangs up on restart, I have to physically do a hard shut down.
 Touch pad is EXTREMELY slow, and the mouse is operates on crack speed with a side of meth and triple clicks EVERYTHING
 No Sound.
