I know, that the MK1 and MK3 are not so easy interchangeable because of some screws near the PCMCIA-slot. But I'm not sure about the MK2 and also not about the touchscreen. Sorry.

I just talked to Rob. He mentioned the differences in the i3 i5 that probably made changes that would cause compatibility issues. And your note verifies this in a way. It's hard enough finding the hidden screw I don't need one that doesn't line up.lol
I'm guessing the Mark1 and 2 are interchangeable. My daughter has my Mark 1 maybe I'll get it and try it. Maybe not, she has a black belt in Taekwondo.....
