Had u also tried KillCmos.exe or something like this ( UBCD ) ? So u don't need to turn off the CMOS-backup. If u want, u see the yellow CMOS-battery from the left side of the TB, if u pull out the cd and battery and look on the right side of the cd-slot on the bottom. behind the battery is the connector.
