I need to source 3 x CF-30 batteries used with LESS THAN 30 cycles. New is fine too if the price is right.

Please provide this ASAP. Budget is $70/each.

Wow! I did not catch that. I had to take out my CF-30 battery and take a look. The similarity is ridiculous.
