I just bought a bunch of crap that I won a bid on and in this batch I received 2 CF-52GUNBR2M models with 10 hours on them! 13" working touch! One is not working right. The other is MINT!
No Emmisive keyboard (obviously) or finger print reader though
It would appear to have two LED lights in the screen... Wondering how to turn these on...
It's got a GOBI card too!
Couldn't help but brag! lol I may buy it or I might sell it... Don't know yet...

I might be interested at the right price
The other one isn't working right... however it DOES power up and it DOES give a display, but there is a BIOS password and it gives an error and won't go any further: "BIOS is corrupt" or something of that nature...
I'm going to try to send it to Panasonic to see if they will fix it since it's still under warranty. I need a memory cover for it first.
Thanks

Found some info for you. Seems the CF-52 has a seperate tiny board just for the BIOS chip. I got two files for training service techs from Panasonic. I do wish I could upload them to you but one is over 100meg. I will attach a single slide from the training Powerpoint and hopefully that will be enough for now.
Maybe try pulling that board and clean up the contacts.

Thanks for that Rusty... it didn't help though It still says "Bad system CMOS" Press F2 to setup... then I hit F2 and it has a password that I of course don't know.
Thanks

Rusty,
I've got a board on back-order. We will see what we will see. >$20.00. Still haven't had the guts to crack the case to find the cmos battery connection.
