Did some reading on Microsoft site UGX was the bluetooth . Said to install SP2 to fix the problem. I downloaded SP2 and restarted and it found new hardware (UGX BLUETOOTH) let windows search for drivers and installed it. Bluetooth works fine .But as most of us know 9 times out of 10 its the hotkey .....most of the time as rob has stated
So if anyone has the same model as mine (CF-29 MK1) with factory bluetooth just install XP SP2 and this will fix the problem.
