SIM card and data card in both Toughbook and MP70 router.

I have CF-19 M6 in Dock and Sierra wireless MP70 connected to the dock with Ethernet cable. The MP70 has a wireless card for some specific carriers. The CF-19 has wireless card for say different carriers.
What happens between the to cards?
