upgrade xpsp2 to sp3

Hi folks
I have a few questions for you. I'm actually installed xp sp2 with my recovery disc on cf-19 mk2 fllc4am 4gb ram gps and wwan option installed.

1-i'm looking to upgrade and get sp3 is it still available somewhere how I could get it?
2-I'm asking myself about upgrade about all the laptop. Is it possible to change the processor chip by itself to make a mk-4-5 or 6 or it won't works like that?

Finally I used my cf-19 roughly for word-excel, facebook and watch streaming movies. I re installed win xp 2 days ago trying to get more speed. If I finally get sp3 and change my sata hdd for ssd do you think I will get a huge difference or it's better for me to get mk4 or higher to get something faster ?

You can not change the processor chip in any of the 19's. A SSD will give some extra speed but it's best to upgrade to a MK4 and up.

I got a Mk5 and love it. You can use the battery, pen and caddy plus your hard drive/SSD in the newer toughbook. Keyboards also swap. Can't use the older dock on the newer ones though. They have LED backlight on Mk3 units up. The Mk4 up uses DDR3 ram so you can't use your older ram.

Yes you can, I used a CF-18 dock with my 19 Mk6.

We discussed this a couple of years back and I know at least one member had problems with the older dock. The discussion was on NBR. I haven't personally tried it yet. When I get a chance I will try out the 18 dock I have on my Mk5. I know they have a newer part number on the newer docks.

I'm working on my cf-19 this morning and try to make Excel/words working and it's impossible to make it work because sp3 not installed..? The only things I found on the web it's complete xp sp3 but my windows already installed with the recovery disc? I'm looking for sp3 patch?

Just upgrade your install with service packl 3 .

I follow this link and that said it's no longer available.
You can install SP3 either from the Service Pack 3 CD or from the Windows XP Service Pack 3 website. The website provides a link to Windows Update, where you can install SP3.

Someone knows where I can't get it?
