CF-30 MK3 doesn't recognize SSD (sometimes)
Re: CF-30 MK3 doesn't recognize SSD (sometimes)
Did you try "power pull reset" and set to defaults?
I've seen where hardware is not recognized until the second boot.
But it's probably a bad disk.

Fair for you/ Fair for me.

MK bios version is 1.23.1109
I have not set the bios to default yet

BIOS 1.23.1109
The first digit being a 1 would indicate that machine is a mk1 not a mk3
Mk3 BIOS should be similar to this...V300L16.303

Oh, thanks. I'll check that later when returning from work. I bought it as a MK3, but haven't checked all the hardware components yet. I'll post later what hardware is installed and if it really is a MK1
Re: CF-30 MK3 doesn't recognize SSD (sometimes)
Checked it. It´s a MK3. Model ist CF-30KTP48NL and it´s a L9300 @ 1.60 GHz. Puh
Maybe the 1.23.1109 is not the bios Version, because when I look for your V300 ... I can find a V3.00L19 M18 in bios Information.

Re: CF-30 MK3 doesn't recognize SSD (sometimes)
V3.00L19 M18 is your bios version. That is later than what I have. Hmm..

Oh, good, another special bios. The L means????????
M18 is scary..............means it takes a little longer to figure it out.

Re: CF-30 MK3 doesn't recognize SSD (sometimes)
Why is it scary?
I bought a new Intenso SSD today (same model thats already working fine in my MK3), but I get the same issues...
Any ideas? At least I found out that when entering bios setup, theres no SSD detected, but when exit without saving in bios, the SSD boots fine ... So I can get it always working when entering bios setup before. So maybe a bios saving issue? Thanks in advance

Yes, right. And when then entering again it shows the hard drive. Works perfect even with reboots, but when I shut it down, the ssd is not recognized again ...
