FZ-G1 LAN PORT INSTALLED. NOT working.

hi there,
installed a LAN PORT on an fz-g1
but it will NOT show up on device manager
and LAN PORT WILL NOT WORK.
any one out there with a solution ?

Have you enabled it in the BIOS?

Always do a battery pull reset.

1. Pull Battery/ies.
2. Pull power.
3. Hold power button down until your finger gets tired.
4. toughasnails says/said un-plug cmos battery.

I have posted this about a hundred times.....would someone say if it ever worked please. I didn't make it up, I got my info from teo, Rob and others.

What I made up is the saying "drain the stupid from the motherboard".

At the end "SET BIOS TO DEFAULTS".

Yes the reset has worked for me once or twice.
