Well I put this one (5100) in the MK3 and it's working fine. Maybe there is another one in the "where"house. Several more boxes to go through soon as I put the screws back in.
I like the i5 enough that I put my backlit chicklet KB on it. I'm suspicious....would it have a 1/2 height card?
Time will tell. Thanks for the help.

Mk4 has 1/2 card...lemme know if you need one..i know i have a 6200..it came from my mk4 when i put the 6300 in...

I have a factory bios update for a mk4..in case you need to flash since yours was originally no wlan

Ok I just checked, I have a 1/2 5100 and a 1/2 6230..I also have a 1/2 Atheros....
I seem to be having wherehouse issues too.......
Now I recall..I sent a 6200 to Kris and I think the Gobi went to Kerry...
The oem bios flash is already available to you....
Shipping will be the killer for a 1/2 wifi card....
