Well, in defense of those of us who do not have lawns to mow, I will chip in my $0.02.

If it was me, I would offer the batteries as pay-it-forward. You could probably get $100+ on ebay for some of them, you could probably get $20-30ea here on the forum or you could get much good karma by offering them pay-it-forward. Apparently, I need all the good karma I can get, out of hundreds of units I have had, I can remember selling 3 units.

Bottom line is that you have to decide what you want for them, you already know what some sites want for the batteries. You will sleep better helping others. My $0.02.

And ok on the flat rate box. Just 2 batts? Got some 74 complete caddies, some 19 complete caddies, CF 74 type power supplies, some VERY HARD de-milled cf-29 hdd caddies, and a few other parts. I'll post a complete list soon. Probably this weekend.

There are probably at least two 28 caddies in the mystery box. FWIW.....maybe I should look.

We each pay shipping at our end and 51 caddies x 4/5? lol Batteries times fair.Two or more works....

Lists take time. Cf-19 caddies interest me for trading down the road. I have one 74 caddy extra now .....another wouldn't hurt. The high mark (Like 74J) 74's are not popular but they match the MK-3 CF-30 for instance.

What I need to do is start cleaning the gun room. The floor is covered with Toughbook stuff. (including the box of 51 caddies)

People read this forum and we are doing some subtle advertising here. Maybe not so subtle.

Yo, READERS.....I need to move CF-29 parts. Lots of uppers, lowers and totally working machines with burnt LCDs. Any mark. One box is front bezels and touch panels....Seven or more.

bill_tn, I'll look for a cover but if it comes off a CF-28 then you get the whole machine. I have a 600Mhz with a bad power connecter, maybe that would work. The box got bigger.

I know where there are two/three caddies right now. But the lad is on the way to deal with his dad ....medical issues. He would take a CF-19 caddy or two. Only cost is shipping on your end. IOW you send him one/two CF-19 caddies / he sends to you his CF-28 caddies.

We care naught for cash. Fair is enuf and trades are fun.....

What really bites is that I have quite a few 19 caddies. But not 1 single 19 to put them into. LOL
