In order to activate the USB on the Smart card reader option, you need to short to ground with 0ohm resistor the SMART Card reader pin In.

The TS and Camera option can also be use. Same theory as to Smart card reader.

Ok! All was done! according to a plan but the PITA is when the "serial ball mouse" shaw up. Its tricky to disable it on the device manager but I managed to dis. it finally. Here is the final.

So, instead of prolific driver( USB to TTL ), its now Silicon lab driver( USB to UART ) see picture.
