I have enough parts to put a 30mk1 together with a bad touchscreen and a special bios so no wireless,in other words junk. But it works.

Yeah, I was using my 19, the one I carry the most and I heard a mumbled comment this week and turned to see another student peering over my shoulder. The professor who was standing there said" ...looks like military grade..." I just chuckled and finished my assignment. Nobody else in class uses Linux either.My CF-30 accompanies me to college every day and does everything I ask of it and more. Gotta say all the other students in my classes give me admiring looks, probably because they haven't seen a real man's laptop before!
I do get a few looks from other students. LOL.

Outer panel is bad and it was long ago stripped for parts,I'm buying 30mk3's complete for $100 so it's a willing sacrifice.
