Also, you need to be more specific. Is this a Verizon card or a Sprint card?

That I don't know, it came out of safn1949's CF-19 which I sold.

See the "SPR"? That means Sprint :)

It'll work on Sprint CDMA EVDO REVa. 3.1MB down and 1.8MB up.... Although real life scenario has proven to be closer to 1M down and 300k up because Sprint blows! :P
