Have the oppertunity to buy one in almost new condition, but should I go for it? No serial nr as it's at a pawn shop (yeah ikr shitty) but that seems suspiciously cheap for a 2.5 ghz 19!

No serial number on the case? or as in the bios? Make sure the bios is unlocked.
Pawn shops probably only paid 400 bucks for it to tell you the truth.

Are you talking $750.00 USA money or €750 ?? which is close to $1000.00 USA. They are selling over here for a low of $1150 to a high of $1550.00 so it is a good buy if you can get into the BIOS.

Don't forget to make sure you can get into the BIOS. Then double check the model number to be sure it's what he says it is .

He says there's no power on password, so that's good. Not sure on the model number yet though, store policy forbids him to send serial numbers or some shit.toughasnails wrote:Don't forget to make sure you can get into the BIOS. Then double check the model number to be sure it's what he says it is .

Whatever the case, I don't think it's stolen at all.Shawn wrote:That's to cover their backside if it is stolen....WittgensteinSergeant wrote:He says there's no power on password, so that's good.
