I have a CF-52GGNBX2B with the 1280x800 Anti-Glare screen. I love the notebook except for the screen. I'm having a hard time adjusting. Is it possible to buy a cf-52 1900x1200 lcd and swap it? This one doesn't have a dedicated gpu, does it matter? Thanks, Justin

No you cant swap them. The bios is locked to the original size. I already tried this. It wont even boot with the high res lcd.

The 52A&B model have a 2.0ghz cpu and the high res screen if you can find one,it will be cheaper then the 2.4ghz model.

Ok, I just bought an i5 version with a cracked screen, do I need a special one or will any wuxga cf-52 lcd work? The model is CF-52VAABY1M

Not bad but I have had a bunch of them apart,when you remove the speaker cover take a photo of the antenna wires on the left side so you remember where they go. And you want to be as they cost $1.25 each ! Use a sharp pick to get under the edge and they will peel off. If you break the bezel it is about $14 but $35 shipping from Heartland. Yikes. That's why I buy a bunch at a time.

Alright thanks alot. I'm going to order a screen and give it a shot. With the screen i'll only have 375 into it (given I don't break anything) so it seems like a decent deal for everything.
