hard drive swap question

I want to replace the HD in the CF-30 (MK-1) with an SSD type.

I already had a SATA III drive that I was going to put on another computer (it was stolen from me so did not get to do it).

Will it connect into the CF-30? If not is there and an adaptor I can use? Any help would be great, thanks in advance..

So far bought-
4GB of ram
PCMCIA smartcard/CAC reader
and already had the OCZ 256GB Agility4 SSD.

Just need to get Win 7 next

No adaptor need , it will work. your 30 is SATA
