Bios problem

thanks Jeff but my problem is I cannot load the bios in windows using the normal windows software I get a error I need a bios that I can load in dos as I have a non standard bios there are many posts around about this but I cannot find the correct files to change my bios

OK, managed to make some progress - it seems that I have a custom model with a custom BIOS that needs to be updated before the touchscreen will be recognised properly.

I have V1.00L13 M14 BIOS and have been trying to run the windows based XP to Vista BIOS update bios_19_1_r070207.exe that fails with error 'This program will not run on this PC'.

From talking to some others in the know I may be able to get a bit further with the older DOS based BIOS update utility, but I can't find older versions to download.

Do any of you have some intermediary BIOS files that I can try to install?

Dunno if you still need those BIOS files but some how I managed to find them, worked wonders for me...flashed from a bootable USB after upgrading to Windows 7 and it solved all my issues for the touch screen. Totally recognized now Hit me up at Tepifan at gmail.com if you need them.
