C1 caddy

Can someone please take a picture of a Cf-C1 caddy and upload it for me? I need to know what it looks like, and google is of no help. Odd request coming from a technician, I know. This is a weird situation where I can't obtain a visual representation of what it looks like and when I google it, it shows me every caddy from every model. Haven't put my hands on many C1's to have it memorized.
