I just found this on the Yahoo Toughbook Forum. This guy has done a lot of mods to his M34 and he has a great pdf covering it. You should check it out...

Ok I fixed the link...I think. Click on Tougbook and go to files then at almost the bottom click Labels for modifications to 1GHz CFM-34 ToughBook-4.pdf CFM-34 1GHz CPU model modifications
and the download should start

To get this you must log in to yahoo groups

I went to the group there as I am a member and got the file. I know you use to beable to hot link the download. I haven't tried it since yahoo swapped the mail and other stuff on the groups. Maybe they changed it.
