Re: Windows 10 on CF-19 mk5 (success)
This is the solution to your GPS issue. Windows 10 has adopted the "phone style" gps where the OS uses a sensor API to standardize sensor data. GPSdirect acts as an in between, polling the com port for location, speed, direction, etc, and relaying the info to the windows sensor API. Its a ...

Re: Emissive keyboard repair
Thanks for the words of wisdom, It seems it either got better or I tuned my muscle memory to hit the space harder. I use a clicky mechanical keyboard at my desktop, and a lenovo at work so switching back and forth is quite the test of coordination.

Re: Mother load of batteries.
I feel dumb, I bought a yellow tab cf-vzsu58u thinking it was better than the blue (had a CF-29 before). Now I did the research and I found out they are lesser than the blue in the CF-19 oh well at least it was cheap... If you come up with any more blue ones let me know and Ill buy one of those too.

If I compare the CPUs on CPUBoss the 3340M in the Mk7 is faster than the Mk8's 3610ME? Just looks like panasonic is doing a little apple magic. It has a bigger number so its better. Wel...

Emissive keyboard repair
Got a cheap emissive keyboard off ebay and everything works great except that the right side of the space bar is a little mushy and doesn't always register a space. I was wondering if anyone had removed a key before to repair the sliders/domes under the keys. It feels like the stabilizer is just wea...

Windows 10 on CF-19 MK6
Got my cf-19 yesterday, cheapest mk6 I could find on ebay and it's not too bad. Has 5360 hours on it and looks great. Couple pressure spots and a bright pixel but that doesn't bother me for the price. Its a CF-191dyc51m, has GPS and everything works. I couldn't find much information on installing wi...
