I heard it will be out on November 7th but I could be wrong. When it first came out, there was an issue with it freezing and having the BSOD. Japanese Engineering actually had to re-configure a couple of things.

If it was the stupid Americans, we would just release it and let thousands of people suffer while we develop a "patch" to fix it...
