I noticed some on NBR have added a sig pic for this forum (TBT) to their NBR signature block. Where is it available?

Blair (toughasnails) has this. I think he made 1 jpg to have them both together. PM him.

I assume I post it to my website and then "insert a pic" with its URL in my NBR sig block - NBR won't let me paste or link to my desktop.
