Hi
i think it's a mk3, although i will need to check now i know how. the stylus has been used allot on the screen, and therfore is scratched quite badly. i was thinking about changing it, if possible, to bring it back to as new condition.

Does your screen not have a screen protector on it? You can buy them new on ebay for about $30.00 .This is the link that toughbook buys his from http://cgi.ebay.com/Screen-Protector-Pa ... 19b2229e8d

Well that is good news. I have been lucky that all my toughbooks I have bought have been in good shape . I have not changed one before but someone on here could tell you or try NBR. I know it was talked about on NBR a while back
