I don't know who to pick

Mainly, I am searching for a host that bills monthly. I don't want to pay yearly and get stuck with a host.
someone suggested me chime host -
http://www.chimehost.com however I notice not many websites talking about them. I see hostgator on comparison sites but they force yearly payment for the discounted price.
suggestions please?

I own a web hosting company myself and we start at $20/month for a personal site and $50/month for a business site. Let me know

It might be a good idea to start a new " Discussions " so many of our members know what you do. I know most of us know you are the
best so put it on the board so everyone will know. I noticed we have many new members and I bet most do not know you run a web hosting company. It can't hurt....it just might help

Rob,
Since you have not locked or moved this thread, I thought I would ask this before you did. I know that you are a web host and I am planning on starting my own site. Who or what would you recommend for designing the site? Can you do the design as well as host, or would I be better off using a program to do it myself? All suggestions are welcome!

I have a contractor that I go through... $500 for a re-design or $1000 for a new site... pretty costly for a onesi-twosi situation.
