Screen illumination

I installed Windows 7 on this model and everything works great. It’s a Mk2 so I was able to download the one click bundle for Windows 7. The fun part was installing 7. Anyway, like I said everything works good. All drivers installed. When I boot, screen illumination is always at half. I have made sure power management is set to full, but it will always be at half every time I boot.

Any ideas?

Also check your bios setting to see where they are set at. Also see if you have a light sensor. It will auto dim. That can be shut off in the bios as well.
