black screen after sleep mode

Did someone come across with this issue: Fz-G1 mk4 goes to sleep mode then I try to wake it up but the display will remain dark. the unit is actually running, I connected to HDMI and it is working. Just the LCD wont come back. Bios/Firmware and EC controller were updated. same thing, Any thoughts?
