You'd have to ship this into our config center to do this. Cannot be done aftermarket.

Can I please get the FULL model number of this unit? I will send an email to my POC's at Panasonic to see if they still have the parts to get this done.

Thanks,
ROB

CPU is a 3540M, not a 4600u. See below for factory desc:

Win7 (Win8.1 Pro COA) Intel Core i7-3540M 2.00GHz vPro 14.0" HD 500GB(7200rpm) 4GB Intel WiFi a/b/g/n/ac TPM Bluetooth Insertable Smartcard Emissive Backlit Keyboard No Absolute BIOS Multi-drive Toughbook Preferred

No, CPU is *NOT* upgradable, like 99.999% of the other laptops in this world, it's soldered on.

Our HQ facility is in Magnolia, TX - Rugged Depot. Let me email my rep to see if we can still do this. I'll know more by Monday as it's already 5:02PM on a Friday.

Thanks,
ROB

Got an answer today from my main POC at 8:23AM. He was out last week on vaca (Didn't send an auto-reply either).... Anyways his tech guy will be in tomorrow so I should have an answer on the 2nd LAN retrofit by COB tomorrow.

Thanks!

Okay,

They CANNOT do this I'm told. They don't have the parts any more :(

Sorry, I tried!!! I've sent a follow up email asking them if we can find the parts and send with it if they can do it. Will advise when they reply.

Thanks!
