CF-31 Mobile Docking Station

Hey guys, it's been a while! I am looking for a docking station for my venerable CF-31! I outfitting a Dodge Pursuit Charger that has a Havis Console and Mount. The Havis UT-101 "Universal" Mount I have now is too big for my CF-31!
I have been looking at some used Docks on eBay, like the
Havis DS-PAN-112 CF30/31. There are several varients and I am not sure what the differences are. I notice that most do not come with the power cable, and I can not get a good enough picture to tell if it uses a proprietary interface.
Also, most vendors will/can not tell you what size power supply they come with, and the larger is recommended for the CF-31.
Then there is the matter of the missing bracket that is very common! Just like HDD carriers for Toughbooks, usually a victim of some Tech that was doing a quick decommission.
So, this is a solicitation for information, Ideas, Insults, or even someone with a cherry one to sell that will work with my mount and console!
