Tablet is never ideal for any Autodesk/Autocad work.

Let me know the exact program and I can install it on my demo unit and report back?

The program is Autodesk Naviworks Manager.

The lead hands (foremen) have Microsoft Surface tablets, that is why I asked if they might be an option. The lead hands run the 3D viewer called Naviworks Freedom, a free viewer of files from the Naviworks Manager.

I need whatever will work best. The computer will need to be able to run in a live petrochemical plant as well as new construction.

I am in camp until Dec. 21 (last work day before the holiday break), but can still do business before then. Working 12 hr shift and don't do personal things on company time, so in camp by 8pm.

We have the FZ-40 set up in our lab here with a 30 day free trial set up on a burner email account. Do you have time to maybe log in using Team Viewer and load a file and see how it performs?

Give me a holler when you can so we can do some in depth testing.

Gmail says that the ruggeddepot email address is not recognized. Send the email to your gmail addy?
