I've been going through eBay and every image I've seen of a CF-C2 is an older EC revision, so I'm guessing a lot of people never installed this EC update that dealt with some serious battery fire problem, or something, and it doesn't show up in the Panasonic update search page.

when i installed w10 on this and a few others a fire warning came up automatically and did a firmware update of the battery.
