CF-U1 Mk1+Mk2= ???

Finally got to work and I brought the U1 project with me. I have a fully working Mk1 and a working Mk2 with a busted screen. The Mk2 is cf-u1aqc9zjm with 2Mp camera, 2d barcode scanner, bluetooth, wwan with GOBI 2000 I will be adding GPS from a CF-19 later on to this unit.
The main reason I wanted a mark 2 was the 2gb of ram, but the 1.6 ghz cpu over the base 1.3 ghz cpu will help as well.
I was thinking I could just swap in a screen from the Mk1 to the Mk2, use the whole cover and just loose the hole from the ambiant light sensor. I can just disable that in the bios.
I got pictures of the insides coming. (work has flickr blocked, so I am working on alternate uploading to flickr now)
Right now I finally figured out how to pull it all apart and got both units tore down. It went back together good, but now I have a few things to iron out. It won't turn on. When the battery is inserted or as soon as a charger is plugged in both battery lights in the front and rear flash red. Since it's late now I will just have to figure it out tomorrow when I am off work again, lol. I already stayed up a hour later than normal.
I hope this thread will give us a lot of photos of the inside of the U1 for future reference.
When I get it all working again I will be doing some testing on the 64 gb ssd vs the 32 gb in windows 7, then try some kind of linux on it and see what she does.
