Got bored and felt was time to upgrade OS on my old I-mac. So did back-ups of both the old OS's and doing a complete boot, nuke and install. Think going Mint this time. See how it fits.
Dang this would go smoother if I paid more attention to which keyboard I am using. 3 boards at the desk.

Annnnd. Yup no problems. Latest version of Mint Cinn is up and running.

Did you stick with debian with LMDE2 "BETSY"?

Nope went the OTHER route. But haven't settled into it yet. Might try the deb version.

Mint is fully functional on the I-mac. Just doesn't FEEL right. Used to LXLE. Might still try things like Deb on it but will probably just go back to LXLE.
