Well, we'll see when it arrives..
Looking the Ad over it did say what was only in the picture was included, BUT you could also say it says includes the cable. And argue the point that is a Heater, not the Sata cable. If someone had never messed with a toughbook before they wouldn't know by looking at the picture anyway. The ad is kind of deceptive.

Okay, now their saying I should ship it back, but that's gonna cost me more than the caddy itself, should I escalate it with Paypal?

I see this as a 50/50 fault issue. You didn't look at the picture and they thought they were selling the right stuff... Maybe.

I'd suck it up and move along. You'll waste time with all the rabbit chasing. Buy another or find just the part you need to complete.

I agree with Toughbook....move on and learn from the experience.
Learn the lesson we all have....
Pay attention when buying on line.....
I am sure we have all at one time or another got excited and made a purchase without doing any research..

I did it 2 weeks ago when I bought a used part for $25.00.....Only thing was a NEW one costs $10.00

The used one did include the 3 screws....Heartlands does charge $3.00 per screw..
I figure $10.00 for the part and $9.00 for the screwing..oops..screws.
That works out to a $19.00 value....I still lost

Sent this to those fags on ebay, let's see what they do:

How about no, you guys could either send me that cable to make it complete (as stated it comes with a CABLE), otherwise i'm escalating this to a Paypal claim.

I'm already in my reds on Paypal because of this. Fuck everything guys, wish I never had done this now and just sticked with my Compaq Evo.

Seller said that it didn't include a cable, yeah right! Escalated it into a claim and we'll see what happens, hope I get either a cable or a chargeback so I can get this damned thing going already!
