Toughmate cases: are they worth it?

Considering buying one, are they any good for a CF-19?

I used to use a Toughmate case for my CF-30 when I carried it all the time by itself. I could throw the charger in there along with an extra battery or DVD drive. I don't see where you can do that for a CF-19. It looks like it is only there to protect against scratches.
Scratches are cool and add character!

Well, since it has a X-Strap and stuff, and it looks pimp imo. I'd rather keep my TB tidy though.

I like their stuff and regularly sell it too. However, for me personally, I stick to the basics!! For example for my G1, I rock this out:
