Trusted Platform Module. It's primarily used for hardware and OS security from POST to desktop, and as a basis for cryptographic keys that some software can use.
If you're stuck on a Windows administrator password, you could always use
ntpasswd.

Thanks guys, just got the PW from the seller and I am up and running. Have to change password now..

I can get into F2 on boot and also the Admin account. Same PW so its good to go
