The 2GB of ram limit will be a deal breaker for me. The best thing about these to me is having a docking station so my phone can become my computer as well. Go home, drop it in the dock, go to town. If I travel just carry around the tiny dock with a portable LCD with USB keyboard / mouse.

They'll be less than $1300 probably.
