The system has CDMA sled above battery,GPS bump on lid with retractable antennae. Nothing shows up in Control Panel which is off-base because according to the manufacturer because it is a "27KM" it is a special order (?). Can anyone help cause every download and install ends with device not supported error messages.

Re: ToughBook CF29EQN27KM
The bump on the lid is your WWAN antenna for the sled. If it has GPS...that antenna is in the palm rest bump under your left wrist as you type.
Pull battery, remove two screws in sled and ease it out of there. Look at the bump out part from the bottom and the gps antenna is there. Some sleds did NOT have GPS.
You need to start with Panasonic factory restore for MK2 instead of trying to find the drivers. It's a difference of 17 minutes as opposed to days of frustration. In my humble opinion.
Does your unit show gps in bios?
