After you roll back the BIOS to XP does your touch screen still work ? I had (2) CF-30MK1 that I did the Vista upgrade to put W7 on them. The touch screen worked great on both of them with the old XP BIOS and the new Vista BIOS but when I downgraded back to XP with the new XP BIOS ( V1.00L20 and Embedded Controller will be V1.00L17 ) I lost the touch screen on both of them. The thing I could not understand is why Panasonic did not use the old XP BIOS file that was on it before but instead they had a new XP BIOS file which never worked for me. I ended up putting W7 back on them and sold them both. They both are still running W7 with no problems, one is installed in a tree harvester and the other is banging around in a service truck running Cat software , they love them so that is all that matters BUT this still ticked me off. :blowaway:
