WTB: CF-27

I need a working CF-27 with a clock speed over 300mhz, but 500mhz would be optimal. I dunno if there is a non-touch version of the CF-27, but a touch screen is a must.

It doesn't need to be complete. I managed to salvage the caddy and cd drive from the old one. But i do require a battery whether its working or not. A rubber keyboard would be neat since the old keyboard was, well, sorta dissolved. I've got a spare standard kb though.

A CF-M34 will also work if the price is right.

Give me a price and I'll take it up with the team.

Cheers

Bugger... You should've told me that before i bought me CF-29. :damnit:

Everything in the car is already wired to a CF-27. Or more precisely the homemade dock. I'd probably have to tear the entire car apart in order to use a CF-29, assuming i can even find drivers for everything. Which for the record, i haven't, cause me own CF-29 is the temporary stand in. Besides he drivers are one thing, i have software written for this exact machine.

Mate, trust me on this. If i had an option, id take it. I already learned from me mistakes. I have CF-19 MK1 in the camaro.

Could you run a CF-27 in a virtual machine to get everything to work right?

Do you have any pictures of this dock and set up? Maybe we can come up with something else that can work. What hook ups are you using serial, usb, ect?

Serial, 2 usb, power, external antenna, audio out. But like i said, the wiring is only half the issue. I can extend and modify the cables and connectors. Its tidious work, but possible. I need the machine to support everythig as well. I know everything works 100% on a cf-27. If it works, don't fix it. Its easier to just go with another cf-27. Yes, i'm that lazy.

I'll try to snap a few shots on the dock tomorrow.
