As far as the e-packets go, I have had several the same way lately. It looks like they are all shipped to NYC, quick clear customs and then are sent out for delivery. NYC and Rutherford, NJ are BIG USPS service centers close to the airline hubs.

Well I got 1 of the 2 packages on the 27th. It took an odd detour to Mass. on its way to Penn. No sign that customs did anything. It was E packet also.

The 2nd package is still in NY..Both were shipped the same day..Seems to be no pattern what so ever when it concerns anything larger than an envelope.
In March, I had made a purchase from the same company as the package I received on the 27th. That shipment took 6 weeks to get here. It was stuck in customs for a month.

I ordered a CF-74 caddy from China on the 20th,$3.99 e packet fee.So we will see how long it takes.

Package showed up this morning so less then 9 days from China. Not bad.

The last few I got have had about a two week turn around here lately but one.
