Update:

Great news! The director of Product Management returned my phone call last night and they are willing to let it go back up under two conditions:

1) It has to say somewhere on there that it's the DISCONTINUED MODEL CONFIGURATOR
2) It has to hot link back to the actual current Panasonic one for new models

I am working with my web guy now at Rugged Depot to get this done!

If you want to keep it out of the search engines, you could also disallow the page in your robots.txt file.
