Used SSD Data/Programs

Hi:

Got used SSD on eBay that seller had not erased. From a CF-19 Mk 8. Filled with all sorts of drivers, programs etc.
The SSD was used for EMS/Emergency deployments. Personal data, ambulance calls etc has been erased.
The programs for the most part have the setup/installation files.
I have new SSD's for my CF-19 Mk6 I installing win10 and am setting up.
Before I screw anything up, should I be able to use the installers from this SSD in my new SSD in the Mk6?
There is camera stuff, fingerprint stuff etc.etc.
