is possible install SsD DISK in cf-18 mk1 ?

I see an ide attack if I'm not mistaken

You have a few options. One is a IDE SSD drive. Or find a IDE to SATA adaper. Most adapters won't fit inside the small CF-18 case. Another option is to get a IDE to M.2 adapter. I haven't tested out some of the newer ones to see how well they work.
