cf-53 mouse pointer stuck. any suggestions plz?

mouse stuck at one place. cf 53 mk3. any ideas? suggestions plz. upgraded to win 10 21h2.
ran sfc /scannow.
disabled serial port in bios,
disabled gps in bios.
ran oneclick bundles from panasonic .
still mouse simply stuck at one point.
bios touch screen auto, tablet, touch screen all three modes tested too. kindly help plz

Have you tried a usb mouse?
